Blueberry silver dollar pancakes

1/3       cup soy flour
1/3       cup whole-grain pastry flour
1/3       cup whole-wheat flour
1/4       cup cornmeal
1tbsp    granular sugar
1 ½       tsp baking powder
¼          tsp salt
1           large egg
½          cup heavy cream mixed w 2/3 cup of water
2          tbsp sour cream
2          tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1          cup blueberries
1.         heat griddle over moderate heat. In a large bowl whisk together soy flour, pastry flour,
            whole-wheat flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, et salt.
2.         in a bowl, whisk together the egg, cream mixture, sour cream, et butter. pour wet ingredients
            n2 flour mixture.  mix just to combine (the batter can be a little lumpy). stir in blueberries.
3.         lightly grease griddle.  for each pancake, dollop out a heaping tbsp. of batter on2 the griddle. 
            cook about 3 mins, until bubbles appear on surface.  flip pancakes et cook 1 min more.
